The Topco Tubing spinner is designed to create a safe environment when unseating downhole pumps and progressive cavity pumps which might have a torque buildup. This will cause the Sucker Rods to unscrew or relieve the torque violently. The Topco Tubing Spinner reduces the chance of injury and equipment damage by safely relieving the kinetic energy in the rod/pump assemblies.
